Children under the age of 13 are legally not allowed to register for an It's All Tech account. In addition, children under 13 are not allowed to send any sort of information to any staff member of It's All Tech. Should a staff member of It's All Tech receive knowledge that a child under the age of 13 has sent Us information, the information will be immediately removed, as required by law. In addition, should a staff member of It's All Tech find evidence that a child under the age of 13 have a user account on Our website, the account is subject to immediate termination as required by law.

Language

You, the user, are not to comment on any portion of It's All Tech, including articles and forums, regarding the following topics: underage drinking, drug use, unlawful behavior, or anything else that is against the United States law. Should you have questions about whether certain material is acceptable to post onto It's All Tech, you have the right to contact any staff member.

Anything posted by a non-staff member is not endorsed by It's All Tech

Any information posted on It's All Tech that is not posted by a registered staff member is not endorsed by Our website. This includes, but is not limited to, political views, company views, and advertising views.

Contests/User Submitted Material

It's All Tech will run contests on a case by case basis for things such as, but not limited to, t-shirt designs, product design, product submission, quiz-type games, etc. Any property, both physical and digital, created or submitted by any user to It's All Tech to be included in “the contest” becomes immediate property of It's All Tech. The use of your submission will be determined by It's All Tech with no needed communication to the submitting individual outside the rules explicitly stated within the contest. Any royalties/monies generated from the utilization of your submission is 100% in value guaranteed to It's All Tech and not the submitting individual, unless previously discussed and stated in writing. By submitting a design, answer, activity or simply participating in the contest you are agreeing to abide by and accept all rules, terms, agreements and policies within It's All Tech and the contest itself. Also, you guarantee your submission is of your own free will and desire, designed by you (or you own the rights to the submitted content prior to submitting the content to It's All Tech, thus providing It's All Tech with the rights to the content you submitted).

Purchases made through official It's All Tech Gear Store

It's All Tech hosts its official gear store on Printfection.com. All purchases made are securely transferred and It's All Tech has no control of security. Should there be a security breach at Printfection, It's All Tech holds no responsibility for exposed information. It's All Tech makes a portion of the profit from every item sold in the gear store, however, a majority will be given to Printfection. If you, the reader, should have questions on purchases, you are expected to contact Printfection, not the It's All Tech staff.
