Apple sues several iPod, iPhone, and iPad accessory makers claiming damage was caused to device; illegally sold
According to Bloomberg, Apple is taking a number of iPod, iPhone, and iPad accessory makers to court, filing a complaint that says “many are of inferior quality and reliability, raising significant concerns over compatibility with and damage to Apple’s products.”

Bloomberg is claiming that they have been told by two tipsters who are familiar with RIM that the company is planning on releasing a tablet computer in November of this year that will directly rival the Apple iPad.
