Netflix today reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2012, announcing a $905 million global revenue with $8 million of net income. The company also revealed that it added two million streaming customers in the quarter, bringing the total to 29 million (25.1 million of which are in the United States). On the other hand, Netflix also announced that its DVD subscriber base in the U.S. fell from 9.24 million to 8.61 million.
