Microsoft announced today that it has opened up the Windows Store for all developers to submit their apps for the launch of Windows 8 on October 26, 2012. Previously, only companies were able to submit their apps to the Windows Store, which will be coming in Microsoft's new desktop operating system, but now individuals can also submit apps. In addition, Microsoft announced that it has launched the Store in 82 new markets for a total of 120.
