According to The Korea Times, Samsung has confirmed that it will sue Apple if the company releases any product with 4G LTE connectivity, specifically the rumored next-generation iPhone. Samsung is likely waiting for official confirmation that Apple will be releasing a product with LTE support. The company owns about 12.2% of LTE-related patents that have been issued so far, giving it an advantage in a lawsuit against Apple.

One week ago, a judge ruled that Samsung infringed upon Apple-owned patents and ordered the company to pay $1.051 billion in damages.
