According to a report from Reuters, Apple CEO Tim Cook and Google CEO Larry Page are taking part in "behind-the-scenes conversations" as an attempt to address patent issues between the two tech giants.

The two chief executives had a phone conversation last week, the sources said. Discussions involving lower-level officials of the two companies are also ongoing.

It's not clear how advanced these talks are, or whether they will become more public as time goes on.
