Windows Phone usage to surpass BlackBerry in U.S. in coming months

According to data from StatCounter (and analyzed byб═WMPoweruser), Windows Phone will be surpassing Research in Motion’s (RIM) BlackBerry platform in terms of usage by November 2012. This is significant because the BlackBerry platform has been out significantly longer than Windows Phone. At the time Windows Phone 7 was released two years ago, RIM held a commandingб═34.3% market share.

RIM’s market share in the rest of the world seems to be at least a little better than the situation in the U.S.
