According to a report from CNET, Apple yesterday presented new evidence to the jury in its lawsuit against Samsung that accuses Samsung of copying Apple trademarked icons from iOS in the TouchWiz user interface. Apple presented diagrams of the phone, music, contacts, photos, notes, and settings icons in both iOS and Samsung, pointing out similarities between the two.

Apple and Samsung are currently involved in a patent lawsuit where Apple claims that Samsung stole a number of design ideas from iOS and iOS devices in the Galaxy line of smartphones and tablets.
