Today, Verizon Wireless announced that the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX, the successor to the still relatively new DROID RAZR, will be hitting store shelves on January 26, 2012. The RAZR MAXX includes performance enhancements when compared to the original smartphone, but Motorola is also touting a huge increase in battery life. The company says that users can expect about 21 hours of usage on a single charge.
