According to Bloomberg, Apple has filed a new lawsuit against Samsung in Germany that claims ten Samsung-branded smartphones and five tablets infringe upon the Cupertino-based company's design patents. Among the devices that allegedly infringe Apple's patents include the Samsung Galaxy S Plus and the Galaxy S II. "The new suits aren’t filed under emergency proceedings and allow Apple a new procedure against both models," the report says.
This news comes just two months after Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab 10.1N in Germany, which is a slightly modified version of the original Tab 10.1. It sported a redesign bezel and a new speaker location.
This lawsuit is just one of many filed between Apple and Samsung over alleged design infringements between Samsung smartphones and tablets and Apple's iPhone and iPad. The initial lawsuit was filed early last year by Apple.
