According to Bloomberg, Apple has filed a new lawsuit against Samsung in Germany that claims ten Samsung-branded smartphones and five tablets infringe upon the Cupertino-based company’s design patents. Among the devices that allegedly infringe Apple’s patents include the Samsung Galaxy S Plus and the Galaxy S II. “The new suits arenБ─≥t filed under emergency proceedings and allow Apple a new procedure against both models,” the report says.
This news comes just two months after Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab 10.1N in Germany, which is a slightly modified version of the original Tab 10.1. It sported a redesign bezel and a new speaker location.
This lawsuit is just one of many filed between Apple and Samsung overб═allegedб═design infringements between Samsung smartphones and tablets and Apple’s iPhone and iPad. The initial lawsuit was filed early last year by Apple.
