We reported in late June that the Winklevoss twins were at it again.

The Harvard Crimson is reporting that the newly filed case against Facebook from the Winklevoss twins was thrown out. On July 22nd, U.S. District Court Judge Douglas P. Woodlock dismissed the case.

In 2008, Facebook offered the twins 65 million in cash and stock, to just get over their griefs and give up. But, the group declined, claiming they created Facebook.

This won't be the last we hear from them, considering their lawyer is planning to file a motion to re-open the case.
