Yesterday, we reported that the Winklevoss twins finally appeared to have ended their long-running lawsuit against Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg, by electing to not appeal a Supreme Court's decision to give the twins a $65 million settlement. The Winklevoss' sued Mark Zuckerberg after they claim he stole their idea of Facebook back in 2004. The dispute was highlighted in the 2010 film "The Social Network."

However, the twins have decided to not end the lawsuit and have filed a new one in the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. This lawsuit asks the court to investigate whether Facebook held certain documents during the first lawsuit that may have showed that Mark Zuckerberg did indeed steal the idea of Facebook. The status report, shown below, filed yesterday states that Facebook had to disclose these documents, like instant messages between the two parties.

Do you think the twins should just let this one go? Let us know in the comments below!
