Following the announcement early last week that Nokia would be delaying the shipment of N8 devices, the company has confirmed today that the first batch of the smartphone running Symbian^3 has left the manufacturing facility. The devices should be in customer's hands shortly, all over the world.
Nokia has stated that the first customers will get the N8 “before the weekend” while most will be receiving it “over the coming days and weeks.”
The company has provided the above photo to prove that they are actually shipping the long-awaited device to customers.
