Research in Motion has tweeted today that the BlackBerry application store, BlackBerry App World, has hit 10,000 applications. While it's nothing like Apple's 250,000 apps or Android's 100,000, it's certainly a milestone for RIM and BlackBerry users. RIM hasn't advertised their app world as well as they could, which probably accounts for the lack of applications.
RIM jus released the second versionof their application store, featuring cheaper applications, more payment options, and better organization.
