According to Boy Genius Report, Verizon will be officially launching their LTE (Long Term Evolution) 4G network on November 15th. They are also rumored to have a slew of phones launching on November 25th for their Black Friday Sale.
Now their 4G launching will only be going out to 25 Markets, which should give about 100 million customers access to the next generation network. Unfortunately, they are also reporting that Verizon's data plans will be tiered, but they will not be requiring an extra $10 dollars a month like Sprint.
This could also be very good for you guys wanting a Verizon iPhone. Apple will probably use 4G in their possible upcoming CDMA iPhone. The iPhone could even be one of the "slew of devices" launching on the 25th. Even though the majority of the rumors point to a January 2011 launch, Apple might want to get that CDMA iPhone out before the 2010 Holiday season.
