We've all heard about iPhone 4's antenna issue, where, the iPhone is being held, the signal reception drops significantly. Steve Jobs/Apple has continued to state that this is an issue with any mobile phone when you grip it by the antenna.

Anandtech's has put this claim to the test, where they first switched out the signal bars of popular smartphones and changed them to numerical values. This would allow the company to measure the changes in signal easier and compare them.

During their tests of holding different smartphones, they found that Apple's claim was correct in the fact that any mobile phone would experience signal drops when you hold it. However, they did find that the iPhone 4 experienced the most significant signal drops out of the group.
