Remember that application we reported on last month that claimed to be able to enable wireless syncing between an iPhone or iPod touch and a computer? Unsurprisingly, the developer announced today that the app was rejected by Apple.
Engadget reports:
While he agreed that the app doesn't technically break the rules, he said that it does encroach upon the boundaries of what they can and cannot allow on their store. He also cited security concerns.
The developer will now be releasing the app into Cydia on jailbroken devices for $9.99.
While the exact cause of why Apple rejected it, many believe it is because of the application's functionality and nature.
