YouTube is set to unveil a new video page design for all videos sometime later today. Google says that it is one of the biggest redesign's the video sharing website has ever done.

The overhaul will have a "like/dislike" system, replacing star ratings. Other things have been combined, removed or moved to free up space and make the page cleaner and more professional looking.

TechCrunch was able to obtain an email sent from YouTube to all partners regarding the design overhaul:

Dear Partner,

We want to provide you with an update on YouTube’s new video page, which we’ve been hard at work on for the last several months.
