Apple today released QuickTime 7.6.6 to both Mac OS X Leopard and Windows users, addressing security and performance issues with the media player. The update also appears to be bundled with the Mac OS X 10.6.3 update, which was released yesterday for Snow Leopard users.
QuickTime 7.6.6 for Leopard (65.63 MB): This update requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
QuickTime 7.6.6 for Windows (32.28 MB): This update requires Windows XP (SP2 or later), Windows Vista or Windows 7.
