Google has officially launched a Nexus One support number, which is 1-888-48-NEXUS and it will be open every day from 7:00 AM EST to 10:00 PM EST.
One major thing that customers complained about since the Nexus One launch last month was that their was no suport for the device. Google quickly heard the customer complaints and compiled a support team.
The support number will only be for order status and shipping issues however. If customers are having issues with their device, they will need to contact HTC, the maker of the phone or for service issues, users will have to contact T-Mobile.
Even if the support team is only for shipping issues and order status, it is a start for Google.
